Bib Fortuna era un ser de la especie de los Twi'lek, de piel bastante rosada y con un par de tentáculos (Lekku) que sobresalían de su nuca y caían hasta la cintura. Éste prefería llevar sus Lekku enrrollados al cuello para estar mas cómodo. Otra característica era su desagradable papada, que le colgaba en frente de su cuello, y sus afilados dientes. Fortuna fue contratado durante casi medio siglo como mayordomo de Jabba el Hutt, en el palacio de Tatooine.
